A Manual Water-Activated Gum Tape dispenser with rugged steel side frame construction and hardened guillotine cutting blades, two water brushes provide consistent, uniform wetting of adhesive, for reinforced and non reinforced gummed tape 1.5″ to 3″ wide, will hold non reinforced and reinforced gummed tape rolls up to 600 feet and 7.5″ in diameter.
