Shipping and Packing Resources

We offer a wide range of shipping and packaging supplies, including boxes, mailers, bags, tape, bubble wrap, shipping labels and much more. We also supply and support equipment for automating pack lines, such as banding machines and stretch film machines.

Special order packaging solutions are products that are not part of our regular stock. Special order products are products that are stocked directly from the manufacturer or supplier on an order-to-order basis. Some products may be made-to-order (custom order), and some products may be items that we only request stock of from the original supplier/manufacturer once we receive an order. A special-order product could be brought into our warehouse and held as a stock item for just-in-time delivery to meet your needs on an order-by-order basis. Choosing the right packaging materials involves several factors: durability of the product, quality, ease of use, sustainability and overall look. Branded packaging can help you stand out from your competitors. Different types of products require different types of packaging. We are here to help you determine the right packaging materials to make sure your product arrives intact and on time.

Products from our warehouse will generally ship within 1-2 business days. Special order products may not be able to ship within 1-2 business days like our regularly stocked products. Most special orders arrive between 10 and 14 days. Some special orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Others might have to be ordered into our warehouse with the next order from that manufacturer and then shipped to you; this could take up to several weeks. We stay in communication with our supplier to make sure you know about the expected delivery date and any changes that might occur.

Direct shipping is where some special-order products can be shipped directly to your business, depending on the policy of our vendor.

We are not always able to cancel special order products once the order is placed. These products may also be non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions before ordering special order or made-to-order products.

Yes! We are a complete in-house custom converter of tapes and flexible packaging supplies including foam, bubble and paper.

As a premier, in-house printer of custom printed tape and labels, we have the expertise and capability to print as little as 1 case of tape to multiple pallets to help you share your message with the world. Our in-house graphic arts department can assist you with creating quality printed tape or labels using original artwork you provide, or artwork created with our assistance. We have the capability to print one, two and three-color printed applications. We can print both top-side and adhesive-side carton sealing tape, reinforced paper gummed tape, or a variety of different label stock in die-cuts and butt cuts. We can also order custom branded bags, boxes, tags and other items from our suppliers if the quantity ordered meets our supplier’s minimums.

New orders of in-house custom printed items generally take 2-3 weeks from receiving order to shipping the finished product depending on how quickly the proof is approved. Repeat orders should only take 5-7 business days to ship depending on how busy our print department is when the order is received. Custom branded products from our suppliers can take 4-6 weeks depending on the quantity and type of product ordered.
