580 – Polyethylene Tape

A 5.5 mil LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) film screen block tape with a moderately aggressive Acrylic adhesive, clean removal tape that combines a durable and conformable film backing. Will not leave a residue on most surfaces. Used as a border tape (prevents ink from penetrating beyond the image area) and as a block-out tape (adheres directly to the screen mesh allowing for multi-color printing) for screen printing industry, cover pinholes and registration marks, excellent solvent and chemical resistance.
