A 5.5 mil LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) film screen block tape with a moderately aggressive Acrylic adhesive, clean removal tape that combines a durable and conformable film backing. Will not leave a residue on most surfaces. High stretch to maintain adhesion during frame re-tension, moisture and solvent resistant. Used as a border tape (it works by forming a well preventing ink from penetrating beyond the image area) and as a block-out tape (can be adhered directly to the mesh allowing multi-colored printing and to cover pinholes) for screen printing industry. Excellent for textile printers using plastisol inks.
